UCA at SEMO

Bigpurplebear

JoshUCA and we had the lead on those guys on the road last year in the 4th. Still bitter about the no holding call on 3rd down. Conference play will be no joke again this year.

cfbevaluator

The kicker can’t kick over 40?? Go lord

cfbevaluator

U-C-A-BEAR yeah they’re broadcast is horrible

cfbevaluator

At least we’re not the only one with special team struggles

cfbevaluator

7-6 SEMO at half. SEMO with two missed FGs and us with multiple drives stalled out

Bigpurplebear

cfbevaluator not exactly a lot of offense on either side of the ball. Semo is exactly what I expected. This game should be very winnable.

Charlie76

Confused on what our offensive philosophy is.
Read option and leave it with the running back and QB draw is all we seem to run . Maybe we are not showing our passing game on purpose or maybe we can't throw it.

Bigpurplebear

Charlie76 agree 1000%. in conference play this won’t work. He has to trust Omolo to throw the ball. ACU and Tarleton and Austin Peay type teams will sniff it out.

JoshUCA

Wow!

Scott_Bevail_1

Gready has a case of the hush mouth

JoshUCA

If we don't win this game, I'm not sure we will win a game the rest of the season with the exception of MAYBE UWG.

cfbevaluator

JoshUCA maybe not even that one. West Georgia gave ETSU fits

Gready

Scott_Bevail_1 Nah. Just watching the game and not needing to cry or complain every play.

JoshUCA

7 minutes and down 11 when we haven't moved the ball all night. it's over.

Gready

The team that beat UT-Martin definitely hasn't shown up. Lots of blame to go around. It's the lack of offense for me.

JoshUCA

It's everything for me. A piss-poor performance in all aspects.

cfbevaluator

Fire Nathan Brown. This was a game we could’ve and should’ve won. Poor coaching and preparation. Same ole plays. Inside zone, RPO, Omolo run. if we can’t win against an average SEMO team this year, don’t expect anything else. Until Brown is gone, we shouldn’t expect to contend for conference titles or playoff appearances anymore. Which is sad. He’s destroyed this program with morale victories and “I develop an NFL player every now and then”. But no onfield success…

Bigpurplebear

Sigh. I’ve got nothin. Not a thing. Just curious who the finger points at tonight.

Scott_Bevail_1

Gready don’t worry, I won’t cherry pick any of those crazy stats like wins and losses for your boy Nathan tonight

Gready

Scott_Bevail_1 That's all you do. So sure you won't. LOL!!! We got out coached today. Period. There were opportunities to win early. Bad scheming and playing calling earned us the L. I say that objectively. You focus on blaming everything right or wrong on Nathan. We are not same. And I'm 1000% okay with that. Like I've been said, I'll be the first to tell Nathan it's time to resign when it's that time. He's real close in my opinion. We'll see if he can end the season at least 6-6.
