Really like what we’ve seen from this staff so far in talent acquisition, especially with in-state guys. Given the nature of the sport now, it’s hard to get too excited looking ahead because you never know what the roster’s going to look like from year to year, but we know we now have at least one quality piece to add to whoever we end up retaining off of what looks to have the makings of a solid team this year as long as we aren’t devoured by the injury bug like last year.

I could be wrong, but with Bryant being less than an hour away, maybe he wanted to stay close to home? Not to mention if he is legit, he will get playing time right away. If he makes too much of a noise though, most likely he will move on to an upper tier D1 school.
