First off, Aramark is a total joke. I’ve seen better food at high school games. Expanded food and drink options is an absolute must!
How hard can it be to add a decent burger to the menu? Balance the menu with some additional items like good barbecue sandwiches and ribs.
Add some high top tables to the west side concourse so fans can eat and watch the game too.
And really…. You want to put more butts in the stands? Add beer sales to the list!
In addition… require tailgating to end before the game starts to get them in the stands where they belong.
