With their season starting next week, starting this thread. Looking at the roster looks like brought back both starting pitchers, and everyone in the field except first base and center field. We’ll have the best left side of the infield in the conference with the 2023 and 2024 defensive players of the year in Madi Young and Kylie Griffin.
Start the season next weekend in Baton Rouge playing LSU twice plus some other teams.
Notable games against top 5 Oklahoma state, Ole Miss, Memphis, Louisiana and two against Arkansas including one at home.
Looks like ASUN has moved back to divisions for softball and baseball. Play most West teams twice and never play an East in regular season so we’ll miss the defending champion and runner up (Fgcu and Unf) until postseason.
UCA’s most recent champion program should have all the pieces to get back there this year.
