Thanks for the update. This will be great for the basketball and football programs, and for UCA and Conway. Really looking forward to it.

I am excited. I just hope it’s well designed and we don’t build it too small. I’m afraid if UCA grows (or Conway), then the arena will be too small.

Smaller and high quality will be better than big that you had to skimp on. LRs Jack Stephen’s Center and Austin Peays new arena are about 5K. APs average attendance was about 2,100 and topped out at about 4k on any single game during a very successful season. I think if we keep building the program UCAs overall attendance would look similar. Much above 5k would be too much in my opinion.

4,000 would be plenty. Farris Center has only sold out on a handful of occasions. Scottie Pippen night and back whe they had the high school overall tournament in Conway.
